Ceremony, Rite, & Ritual

Nurturing a Culture of Honoring & Fortifying Relations in the Web of Life

In the West we are starving for ritual. We are starving for ritual practices that connect us to ourselves, each other, and the widening circles of our Relations. We are starving for Rites of Initiation and Threshold Tending. We are starving for Rites of Honor. Places and spaces to intentionally hold ourselves and each other through life’s transitions great and small, collective and individual. Spaces to include the paradox of our humanity, and our More-than-Human relatives, visible and invisible. Spaces to be held and refortify within the context and reality of our interconnected and interwoven web of Relations. Spaces to acknowledge what’s true, and to move with guidance from Great Council. I am here to steward the remembrance of the Sacred Circle and Rites of Honor. I am here to Weave the Rainbow Hoop in right relation with all of our Relations. Ritual is indigenous to Humanity. Humanity’s role within the Web of Life IS RITUAL.

Everything I offer is deeply rooted in a firmament of ritual and intention. Energy flows where attention goes. When we create space for ourselves to orient to a holistic intention, when we create space to acknowledge and honor what is, what was, and what wants to be, we can also give space to the mystery to reveal itself. Through the offerings of Gaiamara Temple I aim to nurture a culture of honoring, and to provide guidance as to how to create and live into a natural, intuitive and innately intelligent Ritual Way of Life. Attuning to the cycles of nature through ritual embodiment awakens and balances our faculties and senses. We are better able to surrender to the ebbs and flows of the waxing and waning tides of life. We can find right relationship within our environments and the More-than-Human communities we live with. We need these Rites of Honor as a means to live in health, belonging, and balance.

“The consciousness of offering is the antidote to the extractive mind.”

I am an Ordained Minister, and facilitator of Ritual and Ceremony. My role is to facilitate a collaborative space where we work together to craft a ritual that will be supportive to your unique journey. I can provide tools and guidance, but primarily I am here to support the natural intuitive intelligence that flows through your innate knowing. I am here to support and guide within the 1:1 or group context. Maybe you are seeking to acknowledge a personal transition into mother, lover, or crone. Maybe you have experienced death of a loved one, divorce, or are leaving a career. Maybe you are in the midst of a spiritual awakening. Maybe you are seeking to claim boundaries, or call specific energies into your life. Whatever it is, I would love to support you in creating a ritual to honor what was, what is, and what wants to be.

  • Let’s work together to craft a Rite of Honor for you. How can we create the space to include all the parts and pieces that deserve tending? The naming, acknowledging, claiming, and honoring. Space for the death and the grief, the loss and the letting go, the surrender. The birthing of new possibilities and new directions. Let’s be with what is and move forward with grounded sensitivity and belonging.

  • Gaiamara Temple facilitates myriad Group Ceremonies. Maybe you recognize there is a need for tending a transition in the community but you don’t know how? I am here to offer guidance in the holding of, and to facilitate Rites of Honor for the community.

Gaiamara Offerings generally include a fundamental ritualistic approach. My Ceremonial Offerings have tended a range of Grief, Death, Birth, Boundary Violation, Rupture, Healing Eros, Collective Dream Tending, Group Breast Massage, Rituals of Grooming, Food Blessings, Water Blessings, Break-ups, Spiritual Crisis, Illness, Ritual Theatre and Myth Tending. How can we nurture a culture of honoring?

“Mouse a has a rare ability to hold a group with masterful skill and a wide-open heart, while gracefully dancing with the undercurrents of emotion that arise in the space. Having her in our ritual theatre container elevated the entire field, and anyone able to work with her will absolutely be held with love, grace & fire.”
